That work did not stop when we built a product. OneTek still cables factories, runs fibre between units, surveys shop-floor wireless and fits out comms rooms for manufacturers who are not buying software at all — the detail is on infrastructure services.
On security and architecture: SmartFactory runs in isolated per-customer tenants on a UK-operated cloud, over HTTPS throughout, with role-based access you control and device credentials held encrypted.
